How to make
In a suitable cookware, heat the cream over low heat.
Add 1 teaspoon white mustard, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of honey, the juice of half a lemon and mix well. Season with finely ground coriander seeds and dried oregano.
When the sauce thickens, add the finely chopped basil leaves and capers and remove them from the heat.
You can also add as much salt as you like, but be careful not to oversalt it, because the capers are salty enough.
Pour the sauce into a small jug or glass, which is suitable for serving.
Garnish with basil leaves and whole capers.
