How to make
Mix the dry ingredients. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, milk and butter. Add the dry ingredients to the resulting mixture.
Mix well and add the diced pears. Pour the mixture into an oblong shape covered with baking paper.
Sprinkle with the coarsely chopped hazelnuts.
Bake the cake at 360°F (180°C) for 40-45 minutes.
Leave it to cool and garnish it with melted white and dark chocolate.
The pear, hazelnut and chocolate cake is very tasty.
