How to make
Cut the plums into halves and the nectarines into slices and arrange them in a glass baking dish.
Sprinkle the fruit with half the amount of brown sugar you prepared.
Add pieces of butter, evenly distributed on the fruit.
Place it in the oven at 390°F (200°C) for approx. 10-15 minutes for them to soften and during this time you can make the crumbs.
Put the spelt flour, the sugar, the butter (cut into pieces) and the vanilla into a bowl and start to mash it into crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumbs evenly over the fruit and bake, until the juicy crumble aquires a golden color.
When serving, you can add a scoop of ice cream to the crumble with plums and nectarines.
