How to make
This cake glaze is super easy to make and very tasty!
In a pot, mix the ingredients with a spoon - cocoa powder, carob powder, brown sugar, sunflower oil and water. After we mix them evenly - we put them on the stove.
As soon as it boils, with constant stirring (so that it does not lump up) - leave it boil to for about 3 minutes.
Once it's ready and slightly cooled, the chocolate glaze will have thickened enough for spreading (if it sits too long, it can set quite a bit) and is ready to use for the pastry masterpieces.
Now leave the glazed cake to harden slightly, but it can also be served while it is still soft and smooth in texture.
With it, we achieve the desired confectionary effect for density and a rich gloss.
