How to make
The apricots are washed, pitted and half of them are cut into small cubes and the rest into slices for decorating the dessert.
In a bowl, mix the apricot yogurt with chia seeds, apricot pieces and honey. Stir well with a spoon to mix the products.
Place broken pieces of biscuits on the bottom of the glass, pour a little cream, biscuits again and fruit cubes and cover with the remaining yogurt.
Leave it overnight in the refrigerator, until the chia swells. In the morning, it is decorated on top with a biscuit, a chocolate cigar stick and pieces of apricots.
Serve with a fresh sprig of mint.
The summer dessert with chia and apricots is ready.
