How to make
Mix the sqeezed from the milk bread, mushrooms, carrots, grinded onions, minced meat, egg and spices.
Knead the minced meat and add some breadcrumbs to it for thickening.
Shape the small meatballs with slightly moistened palms, roll them in flour and fry them, until they aquire a golden color in heated fat.
Remove and place them onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.
To prepare the sauce, chop the garlic into small pieces and put it in a heated deep frying pan with a little fat.
Add the sliced nettle shortly afterwards and pour the flour with continuous stirring.
Pour the warm milk into portions and boil the sauce for about 10 minutes - do not stop stirring!
If you want to dilute it a little, top up with a water.
Season the delicious sauce with black pepper, salt and nutmeg and remove it from the hob.
Once its temperature reaches 190°F (90°C), add the beaten egg, along with the yogurt and salt.
Place it back onto the stove for a few minutes, add the meatballs and then remove them.
The small meatballs with green sauce are very tasty.
