How to make
A classic dish pork and rice, that will take on other dimensions when we add fennel to it. Try and share if you like it.
Here's how to prepare it:
Boil your pork ribs for about an hour and strain the broth.
Chop the leeks and fennel and fry them over moderate heat in the fat with a little salt.
When they soften, pour the rice - previously washed from the starch. Stir for 2 minutes to fry it.
Add the spices, mix well and pour everything into a baking pan.
Pour the broth from cooking the ribs in a ratio of 3:1 or as much as required by the rice you are using.
Arrange the ribs and sprinkle them with a little salt and paprika.
Place the rectangular baking pan in an oven at 390°F (200°C) and bake them, until the liquid is completely absorbed.
Remove the rice and cover it with a clean towel or aluminum foil for 5-8 minutes before serving the rice with pork ribs and leeks .
Enjoy your meal.
