The vegetables are cut into not very large cubes.
Fry the zucchini and eggplants one after the other. Fry the carrot and onion and add the tomatoes.
When they are fried, add sugar and finely chopped garlic. Everything is transferred into a baking pan, it is seasoned with salt and mixed well.
Bake for 20 minutes, until they remain in fat. The garnish is sprinkled with the chopped dill and parsley.
