Ingredients

  • carp - 6.6 lb (3 kg)
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • dry spices - by taste
  • semolina - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 7 oz (200 g)
  • wheat flour - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • oil

How to make

Clean the carp and cut it into pieces (of the desired size). Season with salt and black pepper.

Pour the semolina, flour, breadcrumbs and dry spices into a suitable container. Mix.

Roll each piece of fish in the mixture on both sides.

Arrange the pieces in a greased baking pan. Drizzle with oil and bake the fish in a well-heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.

After that remove them from the oven, turn them over and place them back into the oven to bake on the other side for another 40 minutes.

Take out the baked fish from the oven, leave it to cool and serve it.

Tip: Serve the fish with potato salad. Enjoy!
