How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar, until a fluffy mixture is obtained. Add the milk, oil and then the flour sifted with the baking powder.
Distribute the mixture into a muffin tin. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Leave them to cool. Carve them out using an apple caving tool. Fill them with jam.
On top of the cupcakes make a rose out of cream and on the sides carefully drizzle the melted chocolate, which has been mixed with a little oil.
The cupcakes with a filling are ready.
