Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • vanilla powder - 2 pcs. (0.2 g each)
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • plums - 2 cups (sliced)
  • for the topping
  • butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 3 - 4 tbsp.

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil, flour with baking powder and vanilla to them. Stir well.

After that, add the walnuts and plums. Distribute the mixture into a muffin tin with paper muffin cups in each.

Put the flour, cold butter and sugar in the food processor.
