How to make

Cut the white cheese into pieces. Cut the vine leaves as well, if they are larger. Finely chop the onion and tomatoes. Season the tomatoes with salt and add some oregano.

Add a piece of white cheese, a tomato and some onion on the leaves. Add drops of olive oil and twist the leaf.

Grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Toast a few slices of bread, rub them with garlic and a little olive oil. Place one leaf at a time, with the grilled cheese on top. Add a little olive oil.

Serve the Mediterranean Grilled Cheese on a large plate.
