Most gardens are full of plantain and it is very beneficial. It is used for cough, smoking cessation, high cholesterol, constipation, high blood sugar, bladder infection and kidney problems.

It is rich in vitamins and a crushed leaf is used for a sting or on a wound, because it stops the infection and does not leave scars. I read that this tea makes you lose weight, so I decided to try it. I prepare a dose for the day.

Heat 500 ml of water, add 2 pcs. of fresh leaves - washed and torn into pieces. When it boils, I turn it off and infuse it for 15 minutes under the lid.

Strain and drink it in two times - in the morning and in the evening before meals, 1 cup of 200 ml each. You can add honey, but I didn't use any. It is very tasty and sweet, even without sweeteners.

4 glasses are drunk in a day! The plantain tea for weight loss is amazing.
