How to make
Crack the eggs into a bowl, pour the sugar and beat the mixture into a fluffy cream.
Add the sifted flour to it. Pour one tablespoon of vinegar and a pinch of ammonia soda. Homogenize the mixture very well.
Separate a bowl from the mixture and add the sifted cocoa.
Stir, until an even brown color is obtained. Line the large oven tray with baking paper. Pour the mixture and level it out.
Pour the cocoa mixture and spread it out gently with a spoon.
Bake the cake layer in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes.
Remove the baked cake layer, immediately turn it onto a towel and roll it up. Leave it like this, until it cools completely.
Put the Turkish delight in pot. Pour 1/2 cup of water, place it on the stove and stir, until the Turkish delight melts.
Add the coarsely chopped walnuts, which have been roasted in a non greased pan.
Unfold the sweet roll, spread the Turkish delight paste with walnuts on it.
