How to make
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the sugar and heat it up. Add the broken chocolate, mix, until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
In a bowl pour the cold water, add the gelatin and wait, until it softens, then add it to the dairy cream and stir, until it melts completely. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Whip the cream, until a white mixture is obtained. Add it in portions to the cooled and slightly starting to harden dairy cream. Moisten the form, in which you will arrange dessert, with water. Pour half of the cream on the bottom.
Lightly syrup the biscotti with cold coffee. Arrange them in a layer on top of the cream. Put the blueberries and blackberries and pour the remaining cream. Cover with cling film and refrigerate, until it sets.
Before turning the hardened dessert onto a plate, dip the mold in warm water.
