Ingredients

  • ricotta - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • coconut shavings - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • orange liqueur - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) Grand Marnier

How to make

Pour the ricotta into a bowl.

Add 7 oz (200 g) of the coconut shavings and the sugar.

Pour 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of orange liqueur Grand Marnier.

Homogenize the candy mixture very well.

With your hands, make equal sized coconut balls.

Roll each one in coconut shavings and arrange them on a suitable plate.

You can put the coconut and ricotta balls in paper cups. Refrigerate them for at least two hours.

Serve the coconut and ricotta balls with a glass of orange liqueur!
