How to make
Roll out the puff pastry.
If you like mustard, spread mustard on the puff pastry sheet. Using a curly pasta cutter, cut 2 cm wide strips.
Put a piece of party sausage at the end and roll it into a slightly tight roll.
The puff pastry should have room to expand during baking. Arrange the puff pastries on a large baking tray lined with baking paper, spaced apart.
Brush the small bites with milk.
Bake in a preheated oven with a fan at 180°C for about 15 minutes, or until they aquire an appetizing color.
If you leave about 2cm length of the strip when twisting at the end, the mini bites for guests will turn out like snails, which you can use for a kids party!
