How to make
Cut the mushrooms into slices. Put them in a pan with the heated olive oil.
Add the chopped onion, season with a pinch of black pepper and salt. Pour a cup of water.
Stew, until it remains in fat.
Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add a pressed clove of garlic, 1.1 oz (30 g) of grated parmesan cheese, a pinch of black pepper, a crumbled slice of bread (soaked and squeezed out of the water), a pinch of parsley and 1 egg.
Knead the minced meat well. Leave it aside for an hour.
Grease a piece of baking paper. Spread the minced meat in a large rectangle on it.
In the middle, pour the mushroom filling lengthwise. Using the paper roll up the roll.
Spread the minced meat roll with a beaten egg white and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Place the roll in a tray, pour a cup of olive oil over it and bake at 340°F (170°C) in a preheated oven for about an hour.
