How to make
Peach muffins, which you can't resist!
Grease 12 silicone muffin molds with butter, sprinkle them with sugar and refrigerate them, until you prepare the mixture.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for 5-6 minutes. Add the slightly melted butter and 1 tbsp. of cream or milk.
Sift the flour with two vanillas, a pinch of salt and a packet of baking powder. Add it in portions to the egg mixture, by stirring with a spoon. Flavor with a pinch of grated lemon peel.
Cut the peaches into small pieces. Add them to the mixture. Remove the cooled molds, put them in a metal muffin tin and fill 2/3 of their volume.
Bake the aromatic fruit muffins at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Remove the baked muffins from their molds and cool them on a wire rack.
Enjoy these juicy peach muffins!
Note: You can only use a metal muffin tin or whatever you have at home!
