How to make
Crack the egg into a bowl. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes. Pour the oil, add the yogurt and mashed bananas.
In another bowl, sift the flour with the cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of salt. To the liquid mixture, add the dry mixture in portions, by homogenizing the products well.
Fill 2/3 of paper muffin cups. Place them in muffin molds and bake at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Use a toothpick to check if the Chocolate Muffins are fully baked. Be careful not to bake them for too long, since they will become dry.
Cool the banana muffins on a wire rack.
