How to make
Mix the dry ingredients - walnuts, flour and salt. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water with the sugar and leave it for 15 minutes. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the yeast and oil.
Knead a soft and non-stick dough. If necessary, add a little flour. Leave it to rise in a covered bowl for about 40 minutes. When ready, divide the risen dough into two parts.
Roll out one piece into a rectangle onto a floured surface. Crumble half of the blue cheese over the rolled out dough.
Roll it up. Repeat with the other piece of dough. Leave both loaves to rise for about 15 minutes.
On a tray lined with baking paper, bake them in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes.
Serve the sliced stuffed bread rolls with honey.
The blue cheese and walnut bread is very tasty.
