How to make
Wash the calamari well both inside and out.
Peel the potatoes, grate them and squeeze out the juice.
Dice the prosciutto and add the potatoes.
You can also add salt if you like it more salty. It's salty enough for me, because the prosciutto releases salt.
Stuff the calamari with the mixture and seal with a toothpick.
Brush them with olive oil.
Place them in the oven onto baking paper.
Bake the stuffed calamari with potatoes and prosciutto on both sides for 20 minutes.
