How to make
A quick and delicious dinner with roasted peppers.
The strained roasted red peppers, are peeled and cut into strips.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the cottage cheese or crumbled white cheese, as much salt as you like, finely chopped parsley and cooking cream.
Mix well and add the chopped peppers.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan, which is 24 cm in diameter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes, until they aquire a golden color.
Cut them into 4 portions and eat the delicious casserole with a salad.
