"Peach Cupcakes - If you want to win someones heart, this is the way"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • flour - 3.2 oz (90 g)
  • oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • yogurt - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • vanilla - 1 tsp.
  • strained yogurt - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • peaches - 6 pcs.
  • milk chocolate - 4 pcs.

How to make

Grab a bowl and use a mixer to beat the eggs, yogurt, vanilla and sugar.

Add the oil, then the sifted flour with the baking powder.

Beat on medium speed with the mixer, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Use a cupcakes and muffins tin. Arrange the paper cups in it.

Pour the mixture carefully and evenly.

Wash and cut 4 of the peaches into small pieces. Carefully place pieces of peach in each cupcake.

Bake the cupcakes at 360°F (180°C) without a fan for 40 minutes. Once they are ready, leave them aside to cool.

Grab a bowl and beat the strained yogurt and powdered sugar, until a cream is obtained.

Wash the remaining 2 peaches and cut them into crescents.

Using a spoon, add the yogurt on each cupcake and arrange the peach crescents on top.

Before serving, grate chocolate on top.
