How to make
If you want something juicy, chocolatey and delicious, this is your chocolate cake recipe. It has a great taste - try it.
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Add the oil, grated zucchini, sifted cocoa - I used carob powder.
Finally, add the sifted flour along with baking powder and baking soda.
Beat it like a cake mixture and pour it into a greased 9.5″ (24 cm) baking pan, which has been sprinkled with flour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until it is fully baked. Mine was ready in 35-40 minutes.
Take it out and cool the zucchini cake on a wire rack.
In a water bath, melt the chocolate along with the milk, remove it from the heat and add the condensed milk to make a liquid ganache.
Pour the summer cake with it and leave it to harden for 1 night. I left it at room temperature.
Cut it into squares, add a walnut on each piece and serve it with a cup of coffee.
