How to make
Cut the chicken in half, salt it on all sides and place it, with the cut side down, on a kilo of salt, which is placed on the bottom of a baking pan with a suitable size.
Roast the tender chicken at 360°F (180°C), until it aquires the desired color (about 45 min).
Don't turn it over! Once it's ready, remove it from the oven and transfer it into another container and discard the salt.
For me, this is the perfect roasted chicken.
Natural flavor, the salt keeps the heat even and the chicken cooks beautifully.
It's meat falls right off the bone!
