How to make
First, seal the sausages on a grill pan.
Finely chop the cleaned vegetables.
Heat oil in a pan and stew the onion and peppers, until they soften. Then add the tomatoes and sprinkle with sugar.
Drop the sausages into the vegetable mixture and sprinkle with vegetable seasoning and as much salt as you like.
Crack the 4 eggs and reduce to low heat. Put a lid on the pan and cook the stir fry, until it's done.
Sprinkle the shakshuka with fresh parsley and grated yellow cheese.
