"Wonderful new potatoes with butter and dill"

Ingredients

  • new potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • salt - by taste
  • spices - for potatoes (savory herb)
  • fresh dill
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Peel the potatoes. It is very easy to peel new potatoes.

Wash them thoroughly under running water and cut them into cubes if they are larger. If they are small - you can leave them whole.

In a dry bowl, mix the potato seasoning (or just savory herb), as much salt as you like and the breadcrumbs. Stir.

Roll the potatoes in the dry mixture and arrange them in a baking tray.

Pour the potatoes with the melted butter and add 2-3 tbsp. of water.

Bake in a preheated oven, until they aquire a golden brown color.

The baked potatoes are sprinkled with finely chopped fresh dill.

If you wish, you can add pressed garlic to flavor the new potatoes with butter and dill.
