How to make
With a mixer, start whipping the cold cream, by gradually adding the powdered sugar. Place one cake layer in a cake tin with a ring.
Lightly syrup the cake layer with a few spoonfuls of the strawberry compote. Apply the whipped cream.
Spread 3-4 finely chopped strawberries on it. Do the same with the second cake layer. Add some strawberries for decoration.
Place the third cake layer, syrup it and apply the cream. Do not add strawberries on this cake layer. Refrigerate it overnight.
Remove the ring from the cake. Whip the cream with the sugar and cream fix. Spread some of it on the sides of the cake.
Put the remaining cream in a pastry piping bag. Spread crushed walnuts on the side of the cream cake.
Decorate it with strawberries and cream.
The quick strawberry and cream cake is ready.
