How to make
Fry the finely chopped garlic and mushrooms in a little fat. Season with thyme.
Beat the eggs and add the mushrooms. All of the cheeses are grated on a grater and the softer ones, like blue cheese, are crumbled by hand.
Add them to the mixture and add the milk and cream. Stir the mixture, until it becomes homogeneous.
Spread out the puff pastry.
Cut with the help of a mold, which will be the base of our baskets. We place them on the walls of muffin tins.
Fill 2/3 of each basket and bake them in a preheated oven at about 390°F (200°C).
They are ideal for a party, picnic or just an afternoon snack.
