How to make

Prepare the marinade fom the mustard, soy sauce, white wine and a little olive and leave the turkey breasts in it for at least 4-5 hours.

The drained and slightly dried fillets from the marinade are prepared in a pan, in which very little fat is added.

Cook them for no more than 4-5 minutes for each side.

Remove the fillets and fry the chopped onion and garlic in the same pan.

Add a little olive oil and fry the flour in the same pan for a short time.

Dilute the sauce with cooking cream and a little warm water. Add the processed cheese, spices and leave it to thicken.

Place the fillets back into the pan and leave them to simmer for another ten minutes. If the sauce seems too thick, you can dilute it with a little water.

Garnish with boiled rice.

The turkey fillets with processed cheese are ready.
