Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • chickpeas - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • fresh garlic - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • red peppers - 1/2 pc.
  • chicken breasts - 1 pc.
  • chicken broth - 1 cube
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • celery

How to make

Wash and cut the chicken into cubes. Heat 3-4 tbsp. of oil in a pot and fry, until it aquires a golden color.

Add the onions, celery, carrots, chickpeas, peppers and garlic, which you have previously cut into small pieces.

Wait a few minutes and add the potatoes, which are peeled and cut into large cubes.

Pour enough water to cover the products. Add the spices and cook the stew, until the meat is fully cooked.

The finished stew with chickpeas can be sprinkled with hot paprika.

The potato stew with chickpeas and chicken is very tasty.
