Ingredients

  • turkey breast - 1 pc.
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • cornflakes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • black pepper
  • curry - 1/4 tsp.
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp.
  • onion powder - 1/4 tsp.
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp.

How to make

Wash the turkey breasts and cut them into steaks. Add salt and leave them for half an hour. Put the flour in a bowl along with the spices. Stir well.

In another bowl / plate, beat the egg. Crush the cornflakes with your hands or put them in a food processor - I prefer it in larger pieces, so I crush it with my hands.

Grab a steak and roll it in flour on both sides. Take it out and dip it in the egg mixture, then roll it in cornflakes.

Fry it in heated fat on medium heat, until a nice golden color is aquired on both sides.

Take it out and leave it onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat. Serve with garnish of choice.

The turkey breasts with cornflakes are very tasty.
