How to make
Put the broken pieces of chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl and melt them in a water bath (you can also melt them in the microwave).
In a blender, blend the peeled and sliced avocado, eggs, erythritol, cocoa, coconut flour, vanilla, baking powder, melted chocolate and blend, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Place baking paper in a suitable tray.
Transfer the prepared mixture into the tray, which you have previously prepared for baking and smooth it out with a spatula evenly.
Bake the delicious brownie for about 30 minutes at 360°F (180°C). Leave it to cool for 10 minutes and then remove it with the paper and leave it to cool completely.
You can sprinkle the chocolate cake with carob flour if you like.
You can store the keto brownie in the refrigerator.
