How to make
Cut all of the onions into crescents, bacon into small pieces and carrots into circles.
Heat olive oil and fry the bacon for 4-5 minutes, then add the onions, carrots, garlic.
Stir well and leave everything to stew for about 7-8 minutes and place them in another bowl.
Put some more olive oil in the pan and fry the quails on all sides.
Return the vegetables and bacon, add the wine and water with the broth, spices and bake / stew in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 1 hour or less, remove the lid of the clay pot and bake for 10 minutes.
The garnish can be pasta or boiled potatoes.
