How to make
Put the shrimp in a bowl along with the soy sauce. Stir and leave them for 1 hour.
Heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and seal the shrimp on both sides. Pour the rum and flambé, by lighting with a lighter.
Remove it from the heat and hold it in the air. Be careful not to burn yourself, because the flame is large.
Place it back onto the hob. Add the garlic (pressed or finely chopped) and the butter. Fry for one minute and remove it from the heat. Sprinkle with dill and serve the garlic shrimp immediately.
