How to make
Put the two pork tongues to boil, if there is foam you have to remove it and after they are cooked take them out of the broth and cut them into small pieces.
In another pot, stew the onions and add some the broth, in which the tongues were boiled.
Once it boils, add the chopped tongue, mint, savory herb, black pepper and turn off the heat and remove the soup from the hob.
Make a thickener from beaten eggs with yogurt and flour. Pour some of the pork soup into the thickener and then pour it back into the pot.
Separately heat oil and butter with a little paprika and before serving add 1 tablespoon on top. Serve the soup hot.
The boiled pork tongue soup is ready.
