How to make
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add the milk. When it is ready, set it aside to cool.
In a bowl beat the egg whites and add the sour cream and powdered sugar.
If you don't want it to be too sweet, you can skip adding the sugar. Beat well. I used a blender for this purpose, because I don't have a mixer.
Add the resulting mixture to the chocolate and beat again. Serve it in wine glasses, or small glasses.
To decorate the mousse , sprinkle it with sugar sprinkles.
The chocolate mousse with cream is ready.
