"Heres how everyone at home can forget about chocolate. This dessert will completely replace the harmful store bought sweets"

Ingredients

  • chia - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • bananas - 2 pcs.
  • oatmeal - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • walnuts - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • milk - 4 2/3 tbsp (70 ml)
  • sour cream - 5.6 oz (160 g)
  • honey - 2 tbsp. with a tip or by taste
  • lime juice - 1 - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Peel and break up the bananas, then drizzle them with lime juice and place them in a blender jug.

Add the honey, oats, walnuts and milk and beat well, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Transfer it into a deep bowl, pour the chia seeds and stir.

Fill dessert bowls or cups (2-4 pcs. or depending on your preference for the amount of desserts).

Leave it to thicken for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator and serve it with a garnish of your choice.

For a more dietary or vegan cream with chia you can use vegetable milk and cream or another sweetener instead of honey, but then you may need to add a little more chia to thicken the chia and banana dessert.
