How to make
In a suitable pan, fry the onion, cut into crescents and add the chopped mushrooms. Stew, until the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates.
In another large pan, fry the potatoes over high heat, until they aquire a golden brown color. Then reduce the heat and close with a lid.
When the potatoes soften, add the mushrooms and onions and stew them for at least another 5 minutes.
Add salt and spices (according to your taste) to the stewed potatoes. If desired, you can add sour cream or yogurt for garnish.
You can serve the stewed potatoes with mushrooms as a main course or as a garnish for roasted meat.
