How to make

Beat the egg in a bowl and gradually add the almond flour, parmesan, paprika, savory herb and salt.

Stir constantly and knead the dough. If you feel that it is too difficult, add a little water and a small teaspoon of melted coconut oil.

From the dough form elongated sticks, by making sure they have the same thickness. The length is not as important, they can be different, but you can try to make them the same length.

Pour the sesame seeds and poppy seeds onto cling film and mix them.
