  • bulgur - 1/4 cup
  • water - 1/4 cup, hot
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)

How to make

Wash, peel and grate the zucchini, leave them to drain.

Wash, peel and grate the carrots.
