How to make
Boil the chicken wings in 4 cups of salted water for 40 minutes. Fry the finely chopped peppers, carrots and onions briefly in the fat.
Add the washed, cleaned and sliced dock and rice. Mix everything well.
Put everything in a suitable baking pan along with the wings and broth.
Place the baking pan in the oven under foil at 340°F (170°C) for about 40 minutes, or until the oven-baked rice is ready.
It goes well with fresh homemade bread, quality yogurt or cream, fresh garlic and cold dry white wine.
The chicken wings with dock and rice are very tasty!
