How to make
Boil the chicken drumsticks. Shred the meat and save the broth.
Heat oil in a pan and fry 5 tbsp. of flour, until it aquires a golden color. Add 1 tbsp. of paprika and fry it as well (be careful not to burn it).
Add the broth gradually (about 800 ml), while stirring at all times, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Season with salt, add the shredded meat and boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Stir periodically, so that it does not stick.
Remove the delicious chicken porridge from the heat, add 2 grated garlic cloves and stir.
Serve the most delicious chicken porridge with toast and pickled vegetables.
