How to make
First, make the keto burgers, so that they can cool well.

Take it out and mix it with other products.
Knead a light and sticky dough.
Form 5 identical bread buns, flatten them out and arrange them in a baking tray at a distance from each other.
Spread them with melted butter and the keto bread with sesame seeds.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C, until they're fully baked.
Take them out, cool them and cut them in half.
Spread the keto sandwiches with cream cheese.
Peel an avocado and cut it into pieces.
Place it on top of the cheese and cover it with the other bread bun piece.
