How to make

The caviar is grinded in a blender. It should turn into a homogeneous mixture and it shouldn't have pieces in it. When it is ready, pour it into a deep bowl.

In a blender, beat the two eggs and add them to the caviar. Mix everything well. Add the spice, I added a universal vegetable spice. Parsley and onion can be added.

Gradually add the flour. Mix well and vigorously. A homogeneous mixture with a thick density should be obtained.

Once the caviar mixture is ready, pour the oil in a pan to heat up. The oil must be well heated.

Using a spoon, put the mixture into the hot oil. Fry the patties briefly on both sides.

When they're browned nicely on both sides, the patties are ready.

Serve them with a suitable garnish.
