Melt the butter in a bowl and you can add a tablespoon of oil to it.
Add the well-washed and strained rice and stir at all times for a minute.
Pour 2.5 tea cups of water for a tea cup of rice.
Season with vegetable seasoning and don't add salt, because the spice is salty enough.
Once it boils, reduce the heat to its lowest stage for 15 minutes, without opening the lid.
Turn off the stove and leave the cooked rice for another 10-15 minutes under the lid, then place a cotton towel under the lid of the pot and the lid on it.
The cooked pilaf is served as a main dish or as a side dish.
