How to make
In a pan heat about 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil and seal the cabbage for 5 minutes. Season it with salt.
Cook the salmon well.
In a bowl, finely chop the spring onions, add the lemon juice and 1 tbsp. of olive oil.
When serving the fish, add 2 tbsp. from the dressing on the fish.
Sprinkle the salmon and red cabbage garnish with black pepper.
