How to make
The carrots are cut and blended in a blender into not very small pieces. They can also be grated on a coarse grater.
Put the carrots, flour, sugar, baking powder in a bowl and mix.
Add the lightly mixed eggs and milk.
After stirring, add the melted warm butter.
The mixture is poured into a suitable mold, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes.
Once the dessert cools down, it is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
