How to make
Pound the chicken fillet with a hammer. Season it with soy sauce. Cut the cloves and add them to the fillet. Leave it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Boil the potatoes, until they're semi-cooked. Once they have cooled, grate them on a coarse grater.
Put baking paper or aluminum foil in a tray and arrange the fillet.
Peel the tomatoes, cut them into circles and arrange them on the fillet.
In a bowl, beat the egg, mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, salt, black pepper, mix well and add the grated potatoes, stir again and pour it over tomatoes.
Sprinkle the casserole with the grated yellow cheese and bake it at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
